The challenge
Indian CA and CS firms run their whole practice across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and a wall of reminders. Deadlines slip, billing lags, and nobody has one clear view. We wanted to fix that with software that fits how these firms actually work - not a generic CRM bent into shape.
What we did
- Built it multi-tenant from day one, with role-based access down to the individual tab.
- Shipped the things a firm touches daily: GST billing with UPI scan-to-pay, a compliance calendar, a DSC register, client records and reports.
- Added team chat, notifications and background jobs so the work moves without anyone babysitting it.
- Kept it customizable - firms turn features on and off to match their services.
